    Lintel Replacement

Standard repair involves lifting the lintel back in place (as much as structure will allow), attaching lintel to header, repairing all cosmetics in area of repair, and general site cleanup.

Raised header repair includes the standard repair with " zippering " brick extraction to access header and attach via bar stock and hardware.

Lintel replacement is much more involved and requires 6"-8" of brick removal above the lintel location. Existing brick above must be supported until new lintel is installed and brick is relayed.
